Billing and cancellation

Current availability
Jobby is free to browse. An optional supporter membership is available when the live checkout is enabled. Browsing, search, job details and your private profile remain free. The membership screen always shows current availability before any payment.
Optional membership
The membership-pass price is ₹29 for one calendar month during the first year after your first confirmed paid pass, then ₹79 for one calendar year. Each pass is a one-time payment in Indian rupees with no automatic renewal. The current checkout price comes from the verified payment record. The membership screen shows whether checkout is open before you pay. Existing recurring agreements keep their original terms and management controls. Membership supports the running costs of Jobby. It does not buy an employment opportunity, employer endorsement or job guarantee. Free job browsing and direct employer links will remain available. Review the exact price and pass period before paying. Paid access starts once your payment is independently confirmed.
Managing or cancelling
Your membership status and cancellation controls are available through Grasany Account ↗. Membership passes have no future automatic renewal to cancel. For an existing recurring agreement, cancelling stops its future renewals; access already paid for continues through its verified paid period. We will not treat authorization of an autopay mandate alone as payment for member benefits.
Payment problems and refunds
If a payment is duplicated, charged in error, or a paid benefit is not delivered, contact us through Contact and support with the transaction reference. We will review the provider and billing records before deciding a correction or refund. Any rights you have under applicable law remain in place. Payments and renewals are recorded separately from free profile data. No Jobby wallet fallback is enabled.
